Original vs. Third-Party Mazak Machine Repair: What 5 Years of Experience Taught Me

One final note: The worst option isn't choosing either one—it's not having a relationship with both. Keep a Mazak service agreement for emergencies, but also have a vetted third-party vendor who knows your machines. When that critical breakdown happens at 4pm on a Friday, having two options instead of one is worth more than any cost comparison.
